Our products are delivered directly to your home by our craftsmen. Some products are made to order to obtain impeccable and unique quality.
As this is a made to order product, delivery may take up to 7-15  days, depending on the customs and postal services of the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your package.  If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
